Who We Are
The Flint Regional Science & Engineering Fair (FRSEF) is administered by Flint Science Fair, Inc., a non-profit 501(c)3 organization.
Our Vision: To inspire and empower curiosity, investigation and understanding through science and engineering.
Our Mission: The FRSEF partners with the greater community of Mid-Michigan to foster student potential by:
- Hosting an annual regional Science & Engineering Fair
- Offering educational experiences
- Extending opportunities for rewards, recognition and additional competitions
- Providing outreach services to students and all who support them
The Flint Regional Science & Engineering Fair is one of three recognized “regional” fairs in Michigan affiliated with the International Science & Engineering Fair. See the map on the right for science fair coverage by county.
The FRSEF covers the following counties: Antrim, Bay, Benzie, Charlevoix, Clare, Clinton, Eaton, Genesee, Gladwin, Grand Traverse, Ingham, Isabella, Kalkaska, Lapeer, Leelanau, Manistee, Midland, Missaukee, Saginaw, Sanilac, Shiawassee, St. Clair, Tuscola, and Wexford.
Now into our sixth decade of service, FRSEF continues to provide a forum for students to develop their scientific and engineering talents and to promote careers in science and engineering.
